FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to engine building and reduces engine noise. The lower casing 7 is installed on the longitudinal beams 6 of the chassis frame of the car. FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular engine-building, namely to capsules for an internal combustion drive engine.
A known capsule for a drive engine of an internal combustion, predominantly a car with a cab and a chassis frame, containing upper and lower casings lined with sound, ayush, the material and forming a labyrinth channel with inlet and exhaust ports (see US Patent No. 3666042, t. 181- 33, published in 1972).
However, the well-known capsule effectively reduces engine noise.
FIG. 1 shows a capsule, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 - the same, cross section in the place of the exit channel behind a cabin.
The capsule for the internal combustion engine 1 with a clutch is predominantly a car with a cab 2 and a chassis frame 3 installed with four brackets 4 and elastic suspensions 5 on two longitudinal beams 6, contains lower air 7 and upper casing 8. Longitudinal beams 6 have a closed profile with outer 9 and inner Yu rods, on the outer rods 9 they are equipped with longitudinal brackets 11. The lower casing 7 is fixed to the lower shelves 14 of the longitudinal beam 6 by means of bolts 12 and sealing rubber 13. The lower casing 7 is made from the front 1.5 and rear 16 parts, which end with edges 17 and 18 located in a planar-KoctH formed by upper shelves 19 of longitudinal beams 6 and dividing between the lower case 7 and the upper case 8.
The upper casing 8 is formed by side walls 20 located along the entire length of the engine 1, and consists of a front part 21 placed between the front 22 and rear 23 walls of the cab 2 of the car and the cover 24 closed, and the rear part 25 located behind the rear wall 23 of the cabin 2 with which it forms a channel 26 with an outlet 27, made perpendicular to the cross-section of the inlet 28 of the capsule. Channel 26 has sound absorbing elements 29, 30, 31 which form an exhaust silencer, with sound absorbing element 29 connecting the rear part 25 of the upper casing 8 to the rear wall 23 of the cab 2.
In the front part 21, the upper casing 8 is closed by an inclined wall 32 with an opening 33 to which a funnel-shaped channel 35 is fed from the fan 34 of the engine 1, which is sealed on the inclined wall 32 by the seal 36. cooling air to the fan 34 of the engine 1. In the channel 37 is installed sound-absorbing elements 38, 39, 40, forming the intake silencer. Bottom edge
41 of the contour of the upper casing 8 is provided with a seal 42, which seals the joint of the upper 8 and lower 7 casing. The upper casing 8 with the cabin 2 and the frame 3 form a single whole, and the inner surface of the upper casing 8 is internally lined with sound-absorbing material.
The flow sections of the outlet 27 and inlet 28 holes are related by a ratio of 6/5: 9/7.
5 Behind the fan 34 on the engine 1 there is a metal sheet 43 fitted with a slit 44, through the last cooling air enters the volume 45 in which the suction pipe 46 is placed. In the rear part 16 of the lower casing 7 holes 47, 48, 49 are placed which passed the exhaust pipe 50, the suction pipe 46 and the connecting shaft (not shown).
Cab 2 in the front part is mounted on buffer 51 in rubber suspensions 52, around which it is tilted around the axles 53, and in the rear part in working position, cab 2 is installed in rubber suspensions 54 on frame 3.
The rear part 25 of the upper casing 8 can be made integral with the cab 2 of the car or the longitudinal beam of the 6-frame 3 chassis and the lower casing 7.
The capsule for the internal combustion engine drive works as follows.
